Through their different colours and different types of wood, the Rainbow Friends reflect our wonderful diverse world as well as celebrating everyone’s uniqueness. Each one of our little hand-painted wooden figures has a different look and individual wood grain. These happy little wooden figures, made from different types of wood from trees indigenous to central Europe, are gender neutral. With no specific facial expression, they can be either sad or happy. With their simple appearance they spur on the child’s imagination instead of restricting it by offering too much detail.

The twelve Pastel rainbow Friends are a wonderful addition to our Large Rainbow, not just for sorting by colour but also for imaginative play - when they want to live in a magical way in the magical world of the Large Rainbows! 12 wooden figures artfully made using three different types of wood from sustainable forestry, depending on availability (maple wood, beech wood, cherry wood or alder wood), non-toxic water based color stain/frame non-toxic plant based oil finish.

DAMAGES & CARE OF WOOD: If you clean Grimms wood products only use a damp cloth. Do NOT submerge in water. Do NOT use hot water or disinfectant. Grimms stands for quality and long life. When making our toys, we carefully select the wood without defects. At each step, the quality of the wood is checked. But wood lives and responds to air changes. Wood is a natural product and not indestructible. Children should be advised and prompted to use caution with their special toys. If something breaks, repair the damage with wood glue.
